You can make a non-binding request via this website or via another booking agency to receive more information about the band, to see whether we fall within your budget and whether we are available.
You will receive a message from our booking agency within 24 hours.

Should the price be approved and is the tire available? Then you can place an option. The band members will then be asked to reserve this date for you. The option remains for 2 weeks.
During these 2 weeks you can think again and the booking agency can contact the location to discuss the possibilities.

The band enters the rehearsal room to rehearse and fine-tune all the songs.
The final check is done with you as a customer, the location and technology so that everything runs smoothly on the evening itself.
Everyone is satisfied and the performance can be confirmed! An agreement is drawn up by the booking agency so that the agreements are clear to all parties.

We build a custom web page for you that your colleagues can visit.
This will contain an empty set list and information about the event.

Jouw collega's kunnen zelf liedjes toevoegen aan de setlijst. Alles kan en alles mag, uiteraard hou jij als klant de regie in handen.

If there are songs in the set list, you can vote on each other's requests. The songs with the most votes always go to the top of the set list.

From 7 days before the event it is no longer possible to submit or vote for new songs.
The band compiles the set list based on the 30 most voted songs.
You will of course be included in the final set list.

You will receive a "save the date" invitation from us that you can distribute among the staff.

21 days before the event, everyone will receive an online invitation to come to the website.

14 days before the event we send an activation boost so that it becomes even more popular among the staff.

3 days before the event we will send a video of the band rehearsing.

10 days before the event, everyone will receive the ranking of which songs ended up in the top 3. Last 3 days to submit songs and vote.

Everyone receives an email stating that voting is no longer possible and a playlist to get you in the mood.

The technology arrives and carefully sets everything up, a little later the band members also arrive to set up and do a sound check, all before the guests arrive.
